Booking

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of 100% prepayment via the onnivillage.com website. The Tenant will receive a booking confirmation at the email address provided during the online booking process.

Cottage rental includes:

  • Accommodation for the Tenant and their guests on the dates specified in the booking;
  • Use of equipment, household appliances, and kitchenware;
  • Use of furniture, pillows, and blankets;
  • Use of water, electricity, and Wi-Fi;
  • Access to the playground, boats, bicycles, and car parking.

Maximum Occupancy

The number of guests is determined by the cottage type:

  • Lake View Cottage: accommodates 6 people in bedrooms. An optional extra bed can be set up in the living room for an additional fee of €25 per night.
  • Forest Cottage: accommodates 4 people in bedrooms + 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room (no additional beds provided).

Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in: from 16:00 (local time);
  • Check-out: by 12:00 (local time);
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cost an additional €10 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made via the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
Refunds are processed according to the selected rate:

  • Standard Rate: 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the cost of the first night is charged.
  • Non-refundable Rate: The prepayment is not refunded regardless of when the cancellation is made.


Refunds

Upon cancellation, refunds are issued to the same bank details used for the original payment. Cash refunds are not available.

Funds are sent to the Tenant’s account within five banking days. The time it takes for funds to appear in the account depends on the Tenant’s bank.

Refunds are processed in EURO. The final amount credited to the Tenant’s account depends on their bank’s currency and exchange rate.
