The surroundings of ONNI Village consist of forests that, until recently, were completely untouched. While our cottages have been added, the wild berries and mushrooms remain, making your stay here feel deeply connected to nature.
You can pick forest berries right next to the cottages, while the nearby woods offer a rich harvest of mushrooms — perfect for a flavorful soup or a rustic roast. Foraging for berries and mushrooms is not just a part of Finnish life; it is a delightful activity for the whole family.
Slow walks along forest trails, the surrounding silence, and the scenic landscapes help you relax, recharge, and truly feel the rhythm of nature.

A pleasant surprise in the forest
Beautiful lake views and a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the shore and the pier. The house was very clean, and having a boat included in the price was a huge plus. The children loved the playground, and it was great to find toys, books, and drawing materials in the kids’ room. We also appreciated the dishwasher, laundry facilities, and the fact that it’s pet-friendly. The berry picking opportunities were a wonderful surprise!

Stunning nature and cozy atmosphere
A truly beautiful place that leaves you with unforgettable memories. The staff is very friendly. It’s quiet, clean, and features a great sauna with access to the lake. The surrounding forests are like a fairytale, filled with mushrooms, blueberries, and lingonberries. The water is crystal clear, and boats are available. The sunsets here are stunning. It’s well worth a visit!.
